I. Reasons why the vibrating screen cannot be started

1. Check the power supply

First check if the power supply or click is faulty. If the power supply or click is faulty, replace the parts. After the component is damaged, it is necessary to replace it with a new one in a timely manner, and also pay attention to the stability of the voltage. If the voltage is lower than the rated voltage during startup, it will easily cause the vibration screen to malfunction. Therefore, pay attention to maintaining the voltage stability when the vibration screen is working.

2. Check the shaker

The vibrating screen is screened by the vibration of the shaker. If the shaker fails, the shaker will not start. The exciter needs to be kept in good lubricating state, and professional grease is needed.

8. Test the vibrating screen with no load. During the test run, reciprocating linear motion was performed, and there was no collision between the screen body and the frame, and there were no abnormal sounds and abnormal trajectory movement during the operation. After 10-15 minutes, tighten all bolts.
