The application of Vibrating Screen in the feed processing the industry is mainly concentrated in two aspects: one is to clean up the impurities in the raw materials; the other is to classify the raw materials or products according to the particle size (including the cleaning of the impurities in the raw materials and the classification of the crushed materials). , cleaning of impurities in the powder before granulation and grading of granulated products.)
It can be said that the screening equipment is applied to all aspects of the feed processing technology, so the screening effect in the processing of the process has a very important impact on the quality and yield of the feed evaluation. Below we will analyze each of these four processes one by one.
The cleaning of the feed ingredients is mainly based on the difference in the geometrical dimensions of the raw materials and the impurities, and the separation is performed by using the sieve holes of the screening equipment. Different kinds of feed materials contain different types and sizes of impurities. Therefore, suitable screening equipment, sieve surface size, mesh size and screening method should be used in the cleaning section.
First, the cleaning of pellets
Feed mills are used to refer to materials that need to be crushed as pellets, including cereals and terpenoids.
The raw materials of cereals come directly from the field, and the impurities contained are relatively complicated. There are mainly two types of impurities: one is impurities larger than the grain size of the grain raw materials, such as stones, corn cobs, hemp tablets, straw, hemp rope, plastic sheets, etc.; It is soil with small particle size and fine sand. At present, the most common grain cleaning equipment in feed mills is Circular Vibrating Screen, which is characterized by high output, low power consumption and high removal rate of large impurities, up to 99%, but it cannot remove dirt and fine sand smaller than grain size. Although the proportion of silt in the grain raw material is only 0.1% to 0.4%, in a silo warehouse with a capacity of more than 1000 tons, several tons of mud and will be deposited at the bottom of the silo and will be concentrated into the processing, which will seriously deteriorate the quality of the product. Affects, and can exacerbate the wear and tear of various equipment, especially the granulator die. Therefore, large feed mills cannot ignore the cleaning of silt in grain raw materials. It is recommended to use the vibrating grading sieve in grain processing to clean the grain raw materials. For example, the TQLZ series cleaning screens use double-layer sieve surfaces with different sieve holes to clean both large impurities and mud sand. In addition, the cleaning screen uses a wire braided screen and the noise during operation is much smaller than that of a cylinder primary clear screen using a punch screen. The recommended sieve hole is selected according to the upper sieve 20×20 mm or φ20~φ25 mm, and the lower sieve is 1.5×1.5 mm or φ1.2-φ1.5 mm.
Impact Crusher
Commonly used as raw materials for earthworms are soybean meal, cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal, peanut meal, etc. Compared with grain raw materials, it is characterized by smaller particle size, poor fluidity, more agglomerated materials, and low impurity content. The material is broken up, usually with a conical primary screening. According to our experience, the mesh size can be selected according to φ10-φ15 mm.
It is well known that the vibrating screen has three working modes, one is to remove impurities, the other is solid-liquid separation, and the third is graded screening. Then the feed vibrating screen is used in the production process of the feed, and the vibrating screen is used to screen out impurities and grade screening. Our company also provides Impact Crusher, welcome to come to consult.
