1. Linear vibrating screens are generally three-phase alternating current. The power connection is guaranteed to be correct, and there must be no conductive substances on the power supply. The three-phase AC power socket must be used, and the ground wire must be used to work without the phase.

2. The machine base must be firmly locked with bolts to ensure that the height difference between the front and rear support bases is consistent, and the feed end and discharge end are kept on a horizontal plane. If it is not on the horizontal plane, the screening effect will not reach the qualified product Requirements.

3. Check the flatness of the screen to ensure that the screen is correctly installed on the rack and keep the screen on the same horizontal surface to prevent the screen from tilting and the screening material to reach the ideal state.

4. Check whether the components of the linear vibrating screen are firm and reliable. All bolts must be tightened, and there must be no loosening to prevent accidents.

5. Ensure that there is a 30-50mm gap between the vibrating part of the screen machine and the surrounding fixed objects. Also, check that the body frame ring screws are tight.

6. Before opening the linear vibrating screen, do not install the transportation support, otherwise, it will affect the vibration of the vibrating screen. In severe cases, it will also affect the normal operation of the machine and damage the machinery. Wait until the vibration machine runs smoothly before adding the support.

7. After starting the machine, pay attention to observe the material trajectory and adjust the sieving state according to the material sieving trajectory.
