1. Place the machine on a flat, solid horizontal ground (concrete or steel ground), then insert the ground bolts (ground bolts are provided by the user) and fix it.

2. The spring is placed on the upper and lower seat ring (placing the screen), and the spring should enter the spring seat completely to ensure that the vertical is not distorted.

3. The vibrating part of the sifter should not be rigidly connected or in contact with other objects outside the machine.

4. The motor can be installed horizontally and should be fixed on the installation surface to ensure that the installation surface is smooth and flat.

5. The motor lead adopts YZ-500V four-core rubber cable, and when connecting the power supply, the lead cable is not allowed to have obvious creases and is firmly fixed with the vibrating body.

6. The motor should have reliable grounding. There is a grounding device inside the motor, with markings on the front end, which also can be fixed with a strong ground anchor.

3. The screen must be tightened during installation because the tightness of the screen is an important factor affecting the sieving.

4. When installing the transparent mesh bouncing ball, you must pay attention to the difficulty of the screening material and the number of mesh, and you cannot install it blindly.

5. If the material ratio is large or the mesh of the screen is high, a suitable support network should be added under the screen, the purpose is to play a supporting role to reduce the pressure of the material on the screen and extend its service life.

6. After the screen frame is assembled to the screen box as required, remember to stretch the long-out screen into the corresponding outlet to avoid mixing.

7. When installing the pressure plate, be sure to pay attention to its flatness and lock it evenly with soft sponge sealing tape, because this is the key to prevent mixing in and an important factor affecting the service life of the pressure plate.
